M.Bilal Husain & Co ( MBH ) was established in 1963 and in the early years, dealt with finished leathers and animal hair which was used for undercarpeting and insulation. It was in 1987 that the Company began to manufacture leather garments. Headed by Mr.Imran Husain, a Leather Technologist from the National Leather Sellers College, London and an MBA from the London School of Economics, MBH grew to become one of the biggest manufacturers of leather garments in India. MBH  has grown over a period of time under the stewardship of a team of people who have been with the company for over fifteen years. Today, the Company makes a transition from quantity manufacturers to quality manufacturers. With its own tanneries in Chennai and Vaniyambadi, MBH is in a position to control the quality of the garment from the raw material. In addition, the factories equipped with over five hundred machines (all Singer machines - 191 model) have an in-built capacity to do seven hundred and fifty garments a day. All work undertaken is carried out within the factory under proper supervision. This, in turn, contributes to enhancing and maintaining the quality of the product.
